one Day E-Bike Tour
Relaxing Satoyama cycling tour with the latest electric assist MTB
On this one day tour, we ride on the idylic farm roads, beautiful forest roads and the old mountain roads that the villagers once walked around Lake Nojiri and Kurohime highland area. The scenery of magnificent north Nagano 5 peaks that spreads out in front of you, the gorgeous Naena Waterfall that has been selected as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan, the history of fossil excavation of Lake Nojiri and Naumann Elephant, a course that follows the irrigation canal created 350 years ago, etc. It's a 1-day cycling tour which you can fully experience the nature, history, and culture of the Myoko Togakushi Renzan National Park.
Electric assist MTB makes cycling super easy
There are two types of Shina Discovery's E-BIKE, the regular model TAGETE and the semi-fat tire NERONE. TAGETE is for people with a height of 150 cm to 175 cm, and NERONE is for people with a height of 165 cm to 190 cm.
Guided by a local guide who knows the area thoroughly
We will guide you to the special secret trails and scenic spots unique to local guides. There are many wonderful discoveries that you will not notice when you are driving a car.

Each season has different speciality
In north Nagano, the differences between the four seasons are very clear. Spring with beautiful rice fields where the mountains are reflected. Summer where you can enjoy playing in the lake. Autumn with colored mountains and forests and golden ricefield. Please come and find the joy of each season.
