Shinano Discovery’s cycling tour is held in and around Shinano town’s soothing countryside area with a full of adventure elements that we ride on the idylic farm roads, beautiful forest roads and the old mountain roads that the villagers once walked.

From several courses, we will select the best course according to the condition of the day, the physical strength, and the request of the guests.

Sometimes we might take a break in the beautiful forest, or have fun chatting with local farmers. For those who are interested in history, we will guide you the history of the Hokkoku Kaido road and an old local shrine, and in spring, we enjoy the beautiful flowers at the roadside.
